When is rent due?

​

Rent is due for all tenants on the 1st of each month. If rent has not been paid by the 9th, the tenant will be responsible to also pay a late fee and the unit will not be accessible until the full balance has been paid. Click here to access online payment.

 

What are your lease options?

​

All leases are month-to-month with rent due on the 1st of each month. Your first month of rent will be prorated to the end of the month.

 

Do I get a refund if I move out before the end of the month?

​

Rent for each month is due on the 1st and it pays for the entire month. There are no refunds for moving out before the end of the month.

 

What forms of payment do you take?

​

We currently accept payment in store via credit or debit card. We also accept cash, however we don't keep change on hand. Extra cash can be applied towards your next month of rent. Note that any advance payments will not be refunded.

 

Do you sell moving supplies?

​

We do sell moving supplies such as boxes and tape, mattress covers and more. They are available in store.

 

Do you rent moving trucks?

​

We do rent moving trucks and trailers, as well as car dollies and auto transports through U-Haul. If you are expecting to move and have a date, DON'T WAIT! Call to reserve or reserve on U-Haul's website to guarantee that the equipment you need will be available the day you need it.

 

How old do I need to be to rent a U-Haul?

​

U-Haul requires renters to be at least 16 to rent a trailer and at least 18 to rent a truck. All who rent must have a valid driver's license and a valid method of payment.

 

How can I pay for my U-Haul rental?

​

Renting a U-Haul is best done using a credit or debit card. Pre-loaded cards can be used too, but in addition to the total rent, U-Haul holds an additional $60 on the card until the rental is checked in at it's drop-off location.

 

Cash can also be used to rent a U-Haul, but we don't carry change and U-Haul requires a $100 deposit in addition to the total for the rental. That money will be refunded through corporate U-Haul.
